Store below 25^oC

Solutions (<20mg/ml) prepared must be used with in 48hrs. following constitution if stored at 15^o-30^oC ,or with in 7 days if refrigerated (2^o-8^oC). Solutions (>20mg/ml) prepared should be used promptly.

IV Infusion: Each gram of Aztreonam should be reconstituted with at least 3ml of SW. Final conc. should not exceed 20mg/ml.

Bolus injection: The selected dose should be reconstituted with to 10ml of water for injection.

IM: Add 3ml of SW/g of Aztreonam.

0.9% NaCI, 5% Glucose, 5% or 10% Mannitol, Sodium lactate, 0.9%, 0.45% or 0.2% NaCI and 5% Glucose.
