Store at controlled room temperature 20^o to 25^oC

Store reconstituted solution at controlled room temperature 20^o to 25^oC and protect from light. Use solution only if it is clear. Unused solution should be discarded after 3 days

IM/IV Inj.: prepare solution by adding aseptically 2ml of bacteriostatic water or bacteriostatic NaCl. IN Infusion: First reconstitute the solution by adding not mote than 2ml of bacteriostatic water: this solution may then be added to 100-1000ml of 5% dextrose in water.
