Unitrexate ( Methotrexate 2.5mg Tabs. & 15mg. 50mg/500mg vials)

Store at 15°C to 30°C and protect from light and excessive heat.

Storage for 24hrs at a temp. of 21°C results in a product which is within 90% of label potency.

IV admixture: Dilute 100-200mg of drug in 50-100ml of diluent & infuse for 30-60 minutes. Dilute 250-500mg of drug in 250-500ml of diluent & infuse for 30-120 minutes. Dilute 500mg & more drug in 500-1000ml of diluent infuse for 1-4hrs.

Syringe:(for 0-100mg) dilute to make a conc. of of 25mg/ml & infuse for 5 minutes into free flowing IV D5W or NS. (for 100-300mg dilute to make conc. of 25mg/ml & infuse for 15 minutes into free flowing IV D5W or NS.
